TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CREATORS COMMUNITY AND OFFICIAL PARTNERS SUBSCRIPTIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription plans offered under the Creators Community and TFI Partners programs, including but not limited to Spotlight, Next In Line, Ready For This, Gold, Silver, and Bronze plans. By purchasing any of these plans, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Subscription Commitment
1.1. All subscription plans are for a 12-month period and require full commitment for the duration of the term.
1.2. Subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded once activated.
1.3. Payments are billed in accordance with the payment schedule chosen at checkout (monthly or annually, if applicable).
2. Payment & Billing
2.1. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the agreed-upon schedule.
2.2. If a payment fails, access to subscription benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
2.3. Any overdue payments may result in late fees or cancellation of access to services.
3. Plan Inclusions & Benefits
3.1. Each subscription plan includes specific features and benefits as outlined on the product page.
3.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any plan benefits at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided to subscribers.
3.3. Benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared, unless explicitly stated.
4. Renewal & Termination
4.1. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless canceled prior to renewal.
4.2. Subscribers will receive a renewal notification before their plan renews.
4.3. If a subscription is not renewed, access to associated benefits will be terminated at the end of the billing period.
4.4. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription due to breach of terms, misuse of benefits, or failure to make timely payments.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
5.1. Due to the nature of these subscriptions, no refunds, cancellations, or early terminations are permitted once the subscription is activated.
5.2. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must manually cancel before the renewal date.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1. Subscribers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during sign-up.
6.2. Any misuse of the subscription or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination without a refund.
6.3. Subscribers agree to use the subscription benefits in good faith and in accordance with community guidelines and ethical practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our subscription services.
7.2. Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber for their current subscription term.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated to subscribers via email or website notifications.
8.2. Continued use of the subscription after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
